Adipotide 5mg (FTPP) research peptide
The 5mg vial of Adipotide (FTPP). Its homing sequence, CKGGRAKDC, carries a two-glycine linker to the D-amino-acid pro-apoptotic domain (KLAKLAK)2. Using D-amino acids makes that domain resistant to proteases.

Published work with Adipotide is preclinical: targeting studies on the blood vessels of white adipose tissue, and weight and metabolic measurements in obese animal models, including primates. Reports also describe effects on kidney function that need to be considered in study design.
