Myostatin Pathway Peptides

Myostatin pathway products are proteins used to study the TGF-β superfamily signals that limit skeletal muscle growth. The range includes the ligand itself, GDF-8 (myostatin), the binding protein Follistatin 344, and the soluble decoy receptor ACE-031 (ActRIIB-Fc).
They are used together in receptor-binding, SMAD reporter and myoblast differentiation assays. All are supplied as research reagents only and are prohibited in sport.
