FGL peptide 10mg
FGL is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide matching the F–G loop of the second fibronectin type III module of the neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM). This loop was identified as the part of NCAM that binds fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1). Each vial contains 10mg.

What FGL is used to study
FGL is used to activate FGFR1 in a way that mimics NCAM. That makes it a tool for studying NCAM–FGFR signalling, neurite outgrowth and synaptic plasticity in neuronal cultures and rodent models. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles of any prepared solution.
