Dihexa in the literature
Dihexa was reported to bind hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) with high affinity and to modulate the HGF receptor, c-Met. It has been studied in neuronal cell cultures for effects on synapse formation, and in rodent cognition models. It is hydrophobic and poorly soluble in water; the literature uses DMSO as the solvent, with reported solubility of about 1mg/ml.

Storage and handling
Store the vial unopened at -20°C, dry and out of direct light. Bring it to room temperature before opening so moisture does not condense on the solid. Follow your laboratory’s protocols for solvent choice and for storing any prepared solution.
