Colivelin 10mg research peptide
Colivelin is a 26-amino-acid hybrid peptide. It joins the active fragment of activity-dependent neurotrophic factor (ADNF, SALLRSIPA) to a potent humanin derivative. This vial contains 10mg as a white to off-white solid.

Research background
Colivelin was designed to combine two neuroprotective peptide sequences in one molecule. It has been studied in neuronal cell death models and in rodent models used in neurodegeneration research. It has limited solubility in water; laboratory data report solubility in DMSO up to roughly 66.7mg/ml.

Storage and handling
Lyophilised peptides are generally kept sealed and frozen, away from light and moisture. Check the storage instructions on the vial label on arrival, and follow your laboratory’s protocols for reconstitution and for storing any solution.
