IGF-1 LR3 in cell culture
Both changes cut the analogue’s binding to IGF-binding proteins, so more of it stays available to the IGF-1 receptor. That property made IGF-1 LR3 a standard supplement in serum-free cell-culture media and a common tool in IGF-1 receptor research.
